House Rules:

Welcome to our home! It would be our pleasure to host you, and we want to ensure you have an amazing stay. Please take a moment to review our house rules:

  1. No Parties or Large Gatherings: We value peace and respect for our neighbors. Only confirmed guests are allowed unless agreed upon otherwise. Unauthorized gatherings, damage, or disturbance will result in fines and possible eviction, as per VRBO's policy.*
  2. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A fine, plus costs for smoke odor removal, will be applied. Guests may smoke outside and are required to clean up after themselves. Some units are 420 friendly. Please reach out for more information on this!*
  3. No Illegal Activity: Our priority is the safety of all guests. Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund.*
  4. No Visitors Without Consent: Please respect our space and ask for permission before inviting guests. Unauthorized visitors may result in eviction as per city and insurance regulations.*
  5. Check-in at 4 PM: You'll receive check-in instructions from VRBO on the day of arrival, granting access at 4 PM. Early check-in may be possible based on our cleaners' schedule; please inquire the day before your check-in.*
  6. Checkout by 10 AM: Our cleaners will arrive promptly, and late checkout may incur a fee of $50 per hour. This is to compensate the cleaners for their time. Late checkouts may be accommodated based on our cleaners' schedule; please inquire the day before checkout.*
  7. Leave the Home as You Found It: Help us maintain our home by replacing all furniture to its original location and following checkout instructions. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.*
  8. You Break It, You Buy It: Please report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for damages.*
  9. Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM to 9 AM on weekends. Disregard may lead to eviction.*
  10. Cameras: For security reasons, please note that both audio and video are recording at all times. Exterior cameras are for security purposes only. No interior cameras are present.*
  11. Filming Permissions: Permission is required for filming on the property for uses beyond personal use.*
  12. Cancellations/Trip Alterations: Our cancellation policy will be upheld as stated. This applies to trip alterations as well as cancellations. Trip insurance is recommended for unexpected changes. Extensions to your trip are welcomed. We refund 100% of our host payout for eligible cancellations. However, third-party platform and payment processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. This ensures our commitment to providing a full payout refund while accounting for unavoidable external costs. These fees will not exceed 14% of the total paid by the guest.*
  13. Supplies: We provide starter essentials for your convenience. Please replenish any additional items needed for the remainder of your stay.*
  14. Liabilities: We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings during your stay. This includes damage to vehicles on or off the property and towing.*
  15. Packages and Mail: We do not accept responsibility for any mail or packages sent to the property before, during, or after your stay. We recommend arranging for any necessary deliveries to be sent to an alternative address or a secure pickup location.*
  16. Children's Safety: Children must be supervised at all times, and guests are responsible for baby-proofing.*
  17. Photo ID: To help us further confirm your reservation, we reserve the right to ask for a photo ID and/or a completed guest check-in form to be submitted prior to arrival. If these are not submitted upon request, it could lead to the cancellation of the reservation.*
  18. Pets: Some of our homes are pet friendly, some are not. You can find the rules for each below:
  • For Pet Friendly Homes: Pets are Permitted only with paid pet fee: We love pets and are happy to welcome them to our home under specific conditions. Dogs are welcome, and we accept most breeds. Cats are permitted with prior approval. If you're bringing a cat, please let us know at the time of your booking request. No other types of pets are allowed. All pets must be disclosed before booking, including the type of pet and the breed if it is a dog. A pet fee must be paid at the time of reservation. Mentioning your pet without adding them to your reservation will result in additional fees. We allow a maximum of two pets. Pets must be let out at appropriate times to attend to their needs and should not be left unattended for inappropriate lengths of time. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the home and are not allowed on the furniture. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Any damage caused by pets, including excessive hair or hair on furniture, will result in additional fees. Excessive barking, disruptions to neighbors, and negligence may result in eviction.*
  • For Our Homes That Do NOT Allow Pets: We maintain and take pride in offering at a pet-dander-free environment to those with allergies and kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets. Guests traveling with allergies need a safe space to accommodate them, too. Guests found violating this policy will incur penalty fees, and the reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund.*
